Nothing seems to come out as planned. I wanted it to be a bit rounder, but it came out as a square, so I decided to make a dog instead. I actually wanted a cat, but I'm too lazy now to put whiskers on it.

Here's the fluffiness for today. My nephew calls it Patrick just because its pink. Whatever happened to Kirby? And now he's demanding I make a Spongebob too. So I annoy him by calling it Bitu. Fluffiest of em all, so far. The cloth is hard to handle, but it's stiff, and somewhat sturdy, so it's good to use.

I was following a How-to make an owl plushie from Cutout and keep, but it didn't end up the way I wanted it to. I wish I had bigger buttons for the owl eyes. Yes, it's an owl, but it looks more like a penguin. Perhaps next time I can add some 'feathers' on the chest so it won't be too smooth.

One of the reasons why I wanted to make a plushie was because I wanted to give Rei some companions. He's always stuck in his box and he's getting so lonely. My army is slowly building up. But I seem to be making a plushie every other day only, as compared to my original one-a-day plan. But anyway. My monsters seems to be inclining towards cute and harmless rather than vicous and I'm-a-monster-run-away! type. Honestly, how is a drop going to attack? Water spit?

Third attempt, and I'm quite happy with this one. I left a bigger allowance along the side, and it's very good for closing the hole. Also, I don't have to worry about the stitch, or the cloth, coming apart when it's manhandled. I spent approximately 50 mins on this, which is definitely a good improvement. My second try. I can't say that there's much of an improvement from the first one, but at least it took less time (1h45m or so) to finish this one. Was thinking that I want to make clothes for Rei, as well as miniature rag dolls to be his companion inside his box, when I realized that I only ever sew close the holes in my clothes sometimes, so making clothes is a little bit too overestimating my backstitch.
